Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 4:00pm GMT on weekdays are usually dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm GMT on Friday or over the weekend are usually dispatched on Monday.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 3–5 working days
• International: 10–14 working days

Christmas Deliveries

Orders placed before our Christmas cut-off date will be processed as normal. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after 20th December.
