Shipping policy

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.

 This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 4pm GMT on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day.

Purchases made after 12pm GMT on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday.

 Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipments and 10 -14 working days for international shipments.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES:

All orders placed before the 20th of December should arrive before Christmas.

If you pay for guaranteed Christmas delivery you will definitely receive your order before Christmas. 

If an order is placed after 11am on the 20th of December, there is a chance your order may not arrive before Christmas and we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

The term ‘Guaranteed Christmas shipping ends in’ means once the cut off date is reached which is the 23rd of December. We will cease shipping until the 26th of December.

 All orders placed before the cut off date will be processed, however we cannot guarantee that all orders placed after the 20th will arrive before Christmas.
