Scott’s Jewellers – Refund & Exchange Policy:
At Scott’s Jewellers, we keep things simple and transparent.
Once your order arrives, you have 14 working days to request an exchange or return.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Just follow these quick steps:
- Contact our team via email or live chat to initiate your return/exchange.

Package your item securely and send it back to our returns department.
(We’ll provide the return address during the process.) -
When your parcel arrives with us, please allow 2–3 working days for inspection and processing.
- Approved exchanges are shipped out immediately.
- Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original piece and let us know which size or style you’d like instead.
Once your return is approved, your exchange will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your item.
Refunds:
- After inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the processing.
⚠️ Important:
Scott’s Jewellers reserves the right to refuse refunds.
Refund requests become invalid after 14 working days.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
If your order has been confirmed as delivered but has been stolen from your property or mishandled by the delivery company, we may offer one replacement order at our discretion. Replacement orders are provided as a goodwill gesture and are strictly non-refundable. Only one replacement can be issued per order.

Sale Items:
Items purchased at a reduced price or during a promotional event are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges may be offered in situations such as receiving the wrong size.
Gold Karat Information:
All of our bonded gold products use 14K gold.
Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order to ensure you are happy with your selection.
Allergies & Skin Reactions:
Once an item has been worn, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of jewellery and the materials used in the gold bonding and plating process, we cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities experienced by individual customers. Some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to certain metals or bonding materials used during production.
If you have known metal allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend reviewing the product description carefully or contacting us before placing an order to ensure suitability.
